I wasn’t really expecting much from the recipe guidance, but I used it for a cake and, annoyingly enough, it turned out great. The steps were simple, nothing overcomplicated, and the order showed up without any issues too. Have to admit, it was actually helpful.

I ordered a few cake bits from The Vanilla Valley and, i was pleasantly surprised. Everything looked more or less like it did in the photos, maybe even exactly, which doesn’t always happen with this sort of thing.
The colours seemed really close in real life too, which was a big help since I was trying to match a theme. I was half expecting something to be a bit off, but there weren’t any odd surprises when it turned up.
The website was simple enough to use as well. I’d probably order again, mostly because I feel like I can trust the photos now...

The product info was really clear without being too wordy, which made it easy for me to pick what I wanted. The sizes and flavour details were all there, so I didn’t have to guess or message anyone for answers. If this is how they lay out all their products, it’s a hassle-free site to shop from. I ordered a few bits from The Vanilla Valley, and the size info was easy to spot, which I appreciated.
I liked that the measurements were right there on the product pages, so I didn’t feel like I was just guessing. One item was maybe a tiny bit smaller than I’d pictured, but that might’ve been my own assumption.
Overall, it was a good experience. It’d just be nice to have a couple more photos showing the items next to the sizes sometimes.

I accidentally placed an order and had to cancel it, and I was expecting it to be a bit of a headache. But it turned out to be way easier than I thought.

"Handy for checking dietary stuff"
Ordered a few baking bits and it was decent. I liked that most of the dietary info was easy to find, especially the gluten-free and vegan notes, because guessing that stuff is a right pain in the arse. Did have to click around a bit to double-check allergens, which was a bit annoying, but delivery was fine and nothing turned up looking like total crap. I’d use them again

I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of items could do with a bit more detail, or just be laid out in the same way as the others. But overall it was clear, simple to understand, and made me feel a lot more confident placing my order.

I ordered some vanilla pods from The Vanilla Valley and I was happy with them, the quality felt good, the delivery was smooth enough, the packaging was simple but totally fine, and what I really liked was that they seem to actually care about where the vanilla comes from rather than just pushing the cheapest stuff they can sell, which makes me feel a lot better about buying from them again. I’d definitely order again, especially because the sourcing side is important to me.
